DIGITAL CUSTOMER PAGING

Your customer’s phone. A clearer next step.

What is customer paging?

It connects a staff dashboard to a customer’s device so staff can request pickup or tell someone it is their turn. TickyTicket uses a private QR link and Web Push rather than a separate radio pager.

What changes for your team?

Create an order, show its QR, wait until the subscription is saved, then submit an order-ready notification. Review the provider response and keep a fallback calling method available.

Which businesses can use it?

Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, pickup counters, clinics and service centers can adapt this pattern to their workflow. For sensitive services, use neutral messages and avoid personal or medical information.

How does it fit a point-of-sale system?

The current dashboard can be used alongside your existing system by creating the matching order reference. No automatic POS connector is advertised as installed. Send your system and integration requirements for review before setup.

What should customers know?

Notification permission is optional. iPhone and iPad require a supported Home Screen web app on iOS/iPadOS 16.4 or newer. Internet, browser background services and OS settings affect delivery. Offers require a separate explicit consent.
