Your demo. Your choice.

Notification activity and merchant attribution

Notification links record the clicked message and time through TickyTicket before opening the order. Accepted notifications without a recorded click after 24 hours reduce an engagement score; this is not proof that delivery failed or permission was revoked. The platform can associate a browser with merchants whose order links it opened, signed-in accounts on that browser, and contact details supplied for those orders. A merchant pin is only an approximate order/visit area, not your current location or home. Cross-merchant food-offer area selection requires separate TickyTicket partner-offer consent. Declining or withdrawing offers keeps you out of promotional selection. Merchants see only their own records. Browser storage can be cleared and shared devices may relate to more than one person.

Temporary demonstration data

The demo stores a random session identifier, temporary orders, encrypted-push subscription endpoints and keys, separate promotional consent and push-service results. Demo sessions expire after two hours. Expired records are deleted automatically when the demo is used, and can also be cleaned by the scheduled maintenance command.

Notification choices

Order notifications do not require marketing consent. Special offers are off by default. A separate optional choice covers promotional notifications sent through TickyTicket from TickyTicket and its partners, including the current business and other restaurants and businesses. Earlier business-only consents do not automatically become partner consent. You can change promotional consent or stop this demo’s notifications on the customer page. Browser-level notification permissions can be managed in your browser or OS settings. The push provider receives the subscription endpoint and encrypted message as part of delivery.

Merchant customer records

When you open a merchant order link, a random browser identifier connects your visits, orders, last-observed notification permission and separate offers choice within that merchant. Browser information, language, timezone and event timestamps help the merchant understand service usage and returning browsers. This does not identify the same person across different devices or after browser storage is cleared. Merchants can view these records and campaign submission results; push acceptance does not prove delivery. You may turn offers off on your order page and revoke notifications in browser settings.

Optional customer details

If the business enables customer details, you may optionally submit your name, international phone number and a note. The business can also save details you share while creating an order, keep internal notes and link your recorded orders to your customer profile. These records are accessible to authorized business managers and platform administrators. Phone numbers alone are not used to automatically merge identities. Do not include sensitive medical, financial or identity information in notes. Saving details does not enable notifications or promotional consent. Contact the business to request correction or removal of your customer details.

Setup requests

If you submit a setup request, the name, business, email, phone number, selected country and message you provide are stored for the administrator to review and respond. Do not include sensitive personal, financial or medical details. A setup request is not a marketing subscription.

Work and partnership applications

When you apply through Work with us, we save your name, email, phone, country, city, chosen opportunity, relevant transport or marketing details, optional profile link and introduction in the protected applications inbox. Authorized platform administrators use them to review and respond to your application. Applying does not create a courier or affiliate account or subscribe you to marketing. Do not send ID documents, banking information or passwords through this form. Contact the platform to request correction or removal of your application information.

Country suggestion

On the pricing and contact pages, your IP address is sent securely to ipwhois.io to suggest your country and calling code. No phone number or form content is sent to that service. This is approximate, especially with VPNs. You can change the selection; no precise GPS location or browser location permission is requested.

Essential storage

Secure session cookies authorize your demo dashboard. Local device tokens prove subscription ownership. A language preference remembers English or Arabic. Hashed IP-based counters help limit abuse; the platform’s own notification and consent records are described above; no third-party advertising pixel is added.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, TickyTicket receives your Google account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information such as your name and profile image. We use these details to identify your account, link it to an existing authorized account where applicable, and provide sign-in. This does not give TickyTicket access to your Gmail messages or contacts, and it does not subscribe you to marketing. Customer accounts may be created when you sign in; staff and courier access still requires an account assigned by an administrator. To request account or linked identity deletion, contact hello@tickyticket.com.
